I was pretty satisfied with my Emma Watson sketch that I did the other day, but I wondered if I could add more detail by bringing it into Medibang Paint.
So that’s what I did 😛 🙂 I uploaded the original file and drew right on top of my sketch. I made the dark parts darker, and made the highlights lighter. I also changed the shape of the eyes and made it more detailed in general 🙂
I love both traditional and digital art, and I think this piece is an example of the cool things you can do when you put them together 😀
I haven’t done a portrait sketch in a while…. 😛 😀
A while ago I drew sort of a simplified drawing of her that I didn’t really like, so I tried to do something a little more realistic just with sketching 🙂 I think it turned out pretty good. Like most things, I know my portrait sketches will get better the more I practice at ’em, but I do really like the hair in this drawing (although the eyes are kind of a fail >.<)
My brother asked if I could draw him a Koi fish so I drew him this little group of fish.
Koi fish are so chill and relaxing, and they are really colorful too. Watching them swim is quite peaceful 🙂
Which fish do you like the best?
(I used this for the reference picture, though I changed the position and colors of some of the fish :P)
Moon jellyfish are simple, but beautiful. They usually seem to a glow a bit, and their pattern in the middle reminds me of the flower shape that’s on a sand dollar.
I’m pretty pleased with this drawing, especially how the stingers look, sort of translucent and wispy.
I used this picture for reference, and used the colors from it also 😛 🙂
This is sort of a late Harry Potter birthday thing (July 31). This piece didn’t turn out quite how I wanted it, but I liked doing the lit wand (Lumos :P) because I like learning about making things looking like they’re glowing 🙂 I think the character design is pretty good, just some of the colors + lighting aren’t perfect 😉 Anyways, I hope you like it!
